THIS-CAUSS was heard after notice upon the Wife's demand for
temporary relief while this cause is pendinq. The Court havinq heard
the evidence presented, and beinq otherwise fully advised, it is, -
therefore,

1. That the Husband, DSNNIS LES DIMINOVICH, is enjoineci and
restrained from coming about, molesting, harminq or annoying the Wife,
' LINDA LEE DIMINOVICH, and their minor children, Dennis Jeremiah and

2. That the Husband is ordered and directed to remove himself
and his personal effects from the fami.ly dwellinq located at 7204 DeLand ~
Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, if he is now occupying that residence or
any part of it, and in the event that he~is not residinq in that dwelling ~
at the time a copy of this Order is served upon him or made known to him,

to remain away from that dwelling. ~

3. That the Wife, LINDA LEE DZMINOVICH, is qiven the exclusive
~ possession of the family dwelling while this cause is pending.
