SATISFACTION AND RELEASE OF TAX LIEN

WHEREAS, the undersigned on or about August 13, lg ?4 _
issued a warrant against Jessie 8 Lillie Ruth Ealy! d/b/a
Ealy's-Grocery. 2311 Avenue "D", Ft. Pierce, Florida _
for the collection of delinquent taxes levied pursuant to Chapter
212, Florida Statutes, which warrant was duly recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of the C~r~cuit Court, in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida, on August 14,_ 19 74, in ~
Book 230 , at Page 2381 ; and
\ WHEREAS said delinquent tax has been paid in fuZl ar.d the
tax- lien created by the recording of the said tax warrant, satis-
~ fied in full. ~ ~
,NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESS that the said delinquent tax having
; been paid in full and the tax lien therefore satisfied, I hexeby, ~

~ pursuant to Section 212.15(3), Florida Statutr~,. satisfy said
lien of record and direct that the Clerk of the Circuit Court note
on the record of the said tax warrant the filing of this satis-
faction with him.
