ORDER ON COMPROMISE AND FINAL JUDGMSNT
The-parties hereto, by and throuqh their attorneys,
havihq submitted a compromising settlement stipulation to
this Court for approval and the Court beinq of the opinion
and the sum of $6,232.55 to the minor, through his father,
is a fair, full and adequate consideration for said minor
~ as a result of the accident resulting in the injuries in-

i volved herein, and that the Defendant denyinq liability ~

~ therefore and that the settlement is beneficial to said
minor, and the Court being fully advised in premises, it is
thereupon ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, MICHAEL ~
SIAAN, a minor, by and through his next friend, natural
guardian, and father, do have and recover from the Defendant,
COIT INTERNATIONAL, INC., d/b/a FABRIFIC FABRIC CENTER, the
sum of $6,232.55; it is
m FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that upon payment of
the said sum in the aforesaid manner, that R. C. SLOAN, as
next friend, natural guardian and father of said minor shall
- give a full and complete satisfaction and release of this
