A. EGAN who, upon first being duly sworn, did depose and say: i
That he is President of Egan, Fickett & Company, a New Jersey cor-
poration qualified to do business in the State of Florida, and that he is authorized
and empowered to make thia affidavit for and on behalf of such corporation.
Affiant further says that Egan, Fickett & Company is engaged in a
business enterprise under the fictitious name of NEVINS INDIAN RIVER located
at 1900 North Old Dixie Highway, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida; that
Egan, Fickett & Cornpany is the only party interested in said enterprise and the
extent of the interest of said Egan, Fickett & Company is one hundred (100%)
per cent. - - .
