In consideration of the payment to me/us by Florida Power & Light Company of S1.Q0 and other good and
valuable consideration which I/we have received, 1/we and those holding through me/us, g~ant and give to Florida
Power & Light Company and its wccessors and assigns an easement for the construction, operation and main-
tenance of electric ~ utility facilities lincluding wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits, transfo~mer enclosures and
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstnict, improve, add to, change
the size of or ~emove wch fxilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any
other Company o~ person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees~ brush and undergrowth or other obstructions
that might endanger or inierfere with said facilities, on, aver, upon, under, and across my/our property described
as follows;
The West 10 feet of the Northwest 1/4 0£ the Northwest 1/4 of Section ;
11, Township 34 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie ~ounty, Florida, less R
the North 33 feet, and less canal and road right-of-way. j
~ By acceptance of this easement herein granted, Florida Power and Light ~
Company does hereby release, quit claim and remise all rights, title
and interest in that certain right-of-way agreement dated May 24, 1927
and recorded in Deed Book 75, Page 25, Public Records of St. Lucie
: County, Florida, as it pertains to the aboye described property. ~
