DISSOI~UTION OF MARRIAGS .
- This cause came on far trial the 18th day of December, .
1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of.the parties and subject matter of this suft; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follo~t~s:
1. DISSOLOTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriaqe between GE~RGE
W. STAHLBERG, II, and RATHY STAALBERG be and the same is her-eby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever

~ freed from the obligations arisinq therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. CustOdy of VIRGINIA RAY STAffi.BERG and

STEPHANIE JOY STAffi.BERG, minor children of the parties, is hereby
awarded to the Wife, RATSY STAffi.BERG, with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to the Husband, GEORGE W. STAHLBERG, II. CustodY
of GEORGE MATTHEW STAALBERG, minor child of the parties, is hereby
awarded to the Husband, GEORGE W. STAA,LBERG, II, with reasonable

visitation rights reserved to the Wife, RATHY STAHLBERG.
3. JORISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and
m the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further
Orders as raay be proper.
