FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE.
This cause came on for trial December 18, 1974 and the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
~ of husband and wife now exists between ~he parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and -
should be dissolved. It is, thereupon ~
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Default heretofore entered by the Clerk of
i
~ this Court on December 17, 1974 be and the same is hereby
~
approved, ratified and confirmed.
2. The marriage between JOHN EDWARD VAN GIESSEN
and KAREN ANN VAN GIESSEN be and the same is hereby dissolved
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from the obligations arising therefrom.
3. Based upon the sworn testimony of JOIiDi EDWARD VAN
GIESSEN that an agreement existed between the parties hereto
~ concerning the automobiles, the Courtr_awards to JOHN EDWARD
~ ,
VAN GIESSEN the 1970 Dodge four door sedan, I.D.~WH41COG258263,
1975 Florida Tag #24-1093, and KAREN ANN VAN GIESSEN shall execute
any instrwnent necessary to transfer the title thereto to him;
