shall be responsible for the indebtedness thereon, and JOHN
BDWARD VAN GIFSSEN shall execute any instrument necessary to
transfer to her the title thereto. _
4. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
