Florida, the principal sum of THREB AONDRBD S$VENTY TSOUSAND AND
00/100 ($370,000.00), together with interest thereon from date at
the rate of seven and one-half percent (7~96) per .anr~um until
maturity. R'he said intereat shall be payable quarter-annually at
9499 N. E. 2nd Avenue, Miami~Shore~, Florida, or at such other
place as the holder hereof may desiqnate in writing.
This note ia secured by a mortgage of even date herewith
and is to be consi~uec3 a~d elr~foi~e3 ~c:c.~Y~i~g t~ th~ lak-s af th~
State of Florida; upon the failure of the makers hereof to pay any
sum required to be paid by the terms of this note or the securing
mortgage, promptly when they severally become.due, or upon the
breach of any stipulation, agreement or covenant of this note or
of the securing mortgage, the entire sum of principal and interest
remaininq unpaid shall, at the option af the holder hereof, become
iimnediately due and payable. Failure to exercise said option shall
not constitute a waiver of-the right to exercise same at any sub-
s equent t iune .
Each maker and endorser, jointly and severally, aqreea to
pay all costs.of collection, includinq a reasonable attorney's fee,
in the event this note, including any installment payment, is not
paid promptly when due, and the same is given to an attorney for
collection, whether suit is brought or not. "
Each maker and endorser severally waives demand, protest
' and notice of maturity, non-payment or protest and all other require-

! ments necessary to hold each bf them liabie as makers and endorsers.
