1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suocessors or ~ssigns, shall notity
the undersigned in writin9 at the addreas indioated below (or at such other address as may be desig- '
natec~ by the undersigried from time to time) taat ihe said premises cQe not in a t~easonable state oi
appea~~oe ~nd repair oonsistent with the general appe~cmce ~d state of repair ot other properties
~ within ihe itnmedicris vicinity, the undersigned agrees to accomplish the required repairs, maintenance,
etc., sei- forth in scrid notioe within 15 days alter reoeipt of same.

to prevent cm. overgrown or unkempt appe~~ce. and to painting and minor repairs to the exterior oi

3_ As to cmy costs or expenses incuired by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc- -
tessors or assigns, in bringing about cmd accomplishing ihe work referred to in the notice, ihe under-
signed agrees io make payment thereof within 10 days after dem~d Provided, however, that demcmd
for puyment shall not exceed actual oosts or ezpenses incurred• _
4_ In ihe event that ihe undersiqned shall fail or refuse to make payment ot.lhe actual oosts or
