that the prnperty hereinafter described is not necessary for hi~h~vay purposes,
and has approved to the extent hereinafter set forth;

as contained in that certain Deed No. 409 as to so
much of said right of way described as follows: Release all of said reservation
insofar as same affects Comnencing at the intersection of the North line of the
SE 1/4, Section 6, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, and the Northeasterly right
of way line for Angle Road; thence run Southeasterly along said right of way 555.55
feet to an iron_pipe; thence continue Southeasterly along satd right of way 205
I~ feet to the point of beginning; thence run Northeasterly at a right angle to said
~ right of way line 160 feet to an iron pipe; thence continue Northeasterly at a
~ right angle to said right of way line 140 feet to an iron pipe; thence run South- ~
easterly along a line parallel to the Noxtheasterly right of way for Angle Road

on the Northeasterly right of way for Angle Road; thence run Northwesterly along
said right of way line 190 feet to the point of beginning; said land situate, lying .
and being in St. Lucie County, Florida; EXCEPT that part lying NithiA 60 feet of_
the center line of State Road 607-A or Angle Road in Section 6, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East.
