way line for Angle Road; thence run Southeasterly along said right of
way 555.55 feet to an iron pipe; thence continue Southeasterly along
said right of way 205 feet to the point of beginning; thence run North-
easterly at a right angle to said right of way line 160 feet to an
iron pipe; thence continue Northeasterly at a right angle to.said right
of way line 140 feet to an iron pipe; thence run Southeasterly along a
line parallel to the Northeasterly right of way for Angle Road 252.50
