In other cases wherein~there is no
service, the Clerk_of this Court is
instructed to advise the plaintiff,
where the claim was processed by
- mail, that he shall have ten (10)
, days in which to pay for personal ~
~ service.of process by sheriff service ;
or furnish the Clerk a new address. ;
When the claim was processed by
sheriff service the Clerk is instructed
to advise the p~aintiff that he shall
have thirty (30) days fran the date of
notification of no service to furnish
the Clerk with another address or said
claim shall be dismissed.
