ORDER ON TTMPORARY HEARING
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard the 19th day of December,
1974, on the Motion for Temporary Relief filed herein by the Wife, both
parties being before the Court and represented by counsel, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows :
,
1. That the Husband shall be awarded temporary possession of
the marital home owned jointly by the parties, pending final hearing in
this cause.
2. That the Wife be awarded temporary alimony pending final
hoarinn ;n th;a c~at~se in the sum of S25.00 per week, the first payment

being due Monday, December 23, 1974, said payments to be made to the
Clerk of this Court in cash, money order or cashier's check. In addi-
~ tion, there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to

~ be added to each payment made to the Clerk. Both of the parties are ~
t _ .
~ orderecl to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and
~ residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
3. That the Husband shall make payment of all mortgage pay-
;
ments due on the marital premises, including all assessments, utilities `
and expenses, pending final hearing herein.
~ 4. That a mutual restraining order is hereby entered against
both parties and neither party shall interfere with, harass or annoy
the other party during the pendency of this restraining order.

5. That the Court reserves jurisdiction of this cause and of
the parties hereto.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, in St. Lucie County, Florida,
this day of December, A. D. 19?4.
