~ ~ DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 23rd day of Dec~mber,
1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, f~inds and determines: This Court has 3urisdicti~n
of the parties and sub3ect matter of this suit; that the relation
; of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
~
~ marriage between the parties is irretrievably braken and should
be dis.solved. It~is thereupon: ~ ~
ORQERED AND ADJUDGEO as follows:
1. -DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
MARY LOU PARNELL and ROBERT A. PARNELL be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever

_ freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and -from the obligations arising there.from.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of TONYA LYNN PARNELL, minor 1
child of the parties, is hereby awarded to MARY LOU PARNELL, with
~ ~4 reasonable visitation rights reserved to ROBERT A. PARNELL. ~
