Before me ALTO ADAMS appeared, being first du~y
sworn, and stated:
1. He was the owner of real property in Section
24, Township 35south, Range 38 east, St. Lucie County, -
Florida. -
2. The assignment of lease acknowledged and filed _
for record in the office of the clerk of the Circuit Court
of the County of St. Lucie, Florida, on the 22th day of June,
1955, and recorded therein in Deed Book 202, at page 401,
whereby ALTO ADAMS and CARRA ADAMS, his wife, assigned a cer-
tain lease to PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE~COMPANY OF AMERICA

; conveyed no interest whatever in the north l/4 of the west 1/2 ~
~
E of the southeast 1/4 of~Section-24, Township 35 south, Range
38 east; and further, that the lease referred to in said
assignment has never been recorded among the public records,
and that said lease specifically excepted it from the land
described therein the l.and described above and which is the
subject of this Affidavit.
