This cause coming on to be heard on the Wife's _
Petition for exclusive possession of the home of the parties
hereto located at 3172 Overbrook Drive, Port St. Lucie, Florida,
and the Court having heard the tgstimony of the Wife and her
witness, and the Court being duly advised in the premises, it is
~ therefore
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband and Wife may
have mutual use and access of the home located at 3172 Overbrook
Drive, Port St. Lucie, Florida until further order of the Court.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that both of the
parties, the Husband, Edward Gates, and the Wife, Miriam J. Gates,
are restrained from harassing, interferring with or molesting
the other party in any manner whatsoever.
