That MICHAEL SLOAN, a minor, by and through his
father and next friend, R. C. SLOAN, the owner and holder
of a certain judqment dated the 17th day of December, 1974, ,
in that certain cause which MICHAEL SLOAN, a minor, by and
through his next friend, natural guardian and father, R. C.
SLOAN, and R. C. SLOAN, individually, are Plaintiffs, and
COIT INT$RNATIONAL, INC., d/b/a FABRIFIC FABRIC CENTER is
Defendant, the same being cause number 71-767 CA, the said ~
judgment having been entered in the St. Lucie County Official
! Records Book 234 , Page 184~2 , of the public records of

I St. Lucie County, Florida, has received full payment of
said judgment and acknowledges full and complete satisfac-
~ tion and payment of said judgment, and hereby requests and ~
orders the clerk of the circuit court in and for St. Lucie
