~ This cause came on to be heard upon stipulation of counsel
for the Plaintiff and counsel for all the Detenaants, and tne
. Court being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Gertrude H. Frieciman as Executrix of the estate of
Max Friedman, deceased, Palm Beach County Circuit Court Probate

~ No. 74-693 C.P. 04, is hereby substituted for the named Defendant,
Max Friedman.
2. Dorothy E. Howe as Administratrix of the estate of
Howard F. Howe, deceased, Volusia.County Circuit Court Probate ~
No. 74-1550-2 C.P., is hereby subst~tuted for the named Defendant,
Howard F . Iiowe .
3. Royal Cleaners, Inc., a Florida corporation, is now
known as Super Discount Supply, Inc., a Florida corporation. ~
~ 4. Emily Bloch is not a proper party Defendant because
~
on February 28, 1970 she assigned all of her right, title and
interest as a beneficiary in the Trust Agreement, a copy of which
is attached to the Plaintiff's Complaint, to Max L. Bloch as
Trustee for Jacqueline Bloch, Jonathan David Bloch and Jay
~ Laurance Bloch. A copy of the Assignment to Max L. Bloch is
attached to this Order as Exhibit "A". This action as to °
