WARR~NTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the day of December,
A. D. 1974 by INDIAN RIV$R COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTR~CT~BOARD OF
TRUSTSBS (formerly Indian River Junior College District Soard
of Truatees, hereinafter called the Grantor, to iNDIAN RIVER
COMMUNITY COLLEGS FOUNDATION, INC., whose post office address is:
3209 Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, hereinafter called
the Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "qrantor" and

and assiqns of individuals, and the successors

WITNESSSTA: That the Grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10:00, and other valuable considerations_, receipt
whereof is hereby acknawledqed, hereby qrants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee,
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit: _
Lots 9, 10 , 11 and 12 , Block 2, MARION HEIGIiTS ,
- ~ accordinq to the plat thereof on file in the
office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St.
Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 10, page 28.
TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments, and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaini.ng.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee
that the Grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple;
that the Grantor has qood right and lawful authority to sell and
convey said land; that the Grantor hereby fully warrants.the title
! to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
; all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encum-
E brances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1973.
