1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT C~APORA'fION, its su~cessors or assigns, shall notify
ihe undersigned in writit~9 at the address indieated below (or at such other address as may be desig-
nated by the undersigned trom time to time) that the said premises ~e not in a reasonable state of
appecu~ae ~?d repcrir consistent with 1he general appe~ance ca?d state o~f repair ol other properties
within the immediate vicinity, the undersigned aqrees to acromplish the required repairs, maintenance,
etc., se!-Iorth in scrid notice within 15 days aiter receipt o! scune.
2. H the undersigned shall fcril or refuse to accomplish the required repairs or maintencmce,
etc., within 1he prescribed time, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORA'fION, its successors or assigns,
acting by amd through its duly authorized agents may come upon the premises tor the purpoe~ of doing
z ihe r.ecessary wort. Provided, however, thai such work shall be limited to lawn ~d yard mainten~ce
~ to prevent ~ overgrown or unkempt appecu~ce, and to painting cmd minor repairs to the exterior ot
the building or buildings, situcrted on the premises in order to prevent cm unsightly or unsate condition.
3. As to ~y cosis or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
~ cesscrs or ossigns, in bringing about ~d accomplishing the work referred to in the notice, the under-
• signed agrees to mal~e pa~•ment thereoi within 10 days alter demcmd. Provided, however, that demcmd -
, ~ !or payr.?ent shall not exceed actual c~sts or expenses incurred.
4. In the event that the undersigned sha11 faii or retuse to ma1~e payment ot the actual costs or
i ~ expenses incurred, ihen, and in thatt event only, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc- j
~ ~ cessors or assigns, may undertake eollection of the sum which the undersignetl is obligaied to pay '
