This~cause came on for hearing before me on the
- Motion to Disburse the deposit filed by the Defendants, ~
CHARLES F. FAWSLTT, JRe:, et al, the owners of Parcel #108,
and on the Petition of the mortgagee, TgE FEDERAL LAND BANK
OF COLUMBIA, for a determination of rights, and the Court ~
having considered testimony offered by each of said parties ~
and the argument of counsel, and the Court beinq fully ad- ~
vised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk disburse from
~ funds deposited by the Plaintiff with respect to Parcel #108,
~ the sum of ~ao Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) to
the mortqagee, "THE FEDERAL LAND BANR OF COLUMBIA"; it is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the remainder of

funds deposited by the Plaintiff as to Parcel ~108 in the i
amount of Forty-three Thousand Twenty-five Dollars ($43,025.00) ;
be disbursed to the owners of said Parcel #108, "CHARLES F.
FAWSETT, JR., et al".
