EXECUTOR'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the ,~v _day of AL tf i!?~f~ •
1974, between FIRST NATIONAL BANR OF FORT PIERCE, as Executor
of the Estate of David Crosser, deceased, party of the first -
p~rt, and WAYNE CRAFTON and 80NNIE CRAFTON, his wife, parties
of the second gart, whose address is: 805 South 17th Street,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450.
W I T N E S S E T H: .
The party of the first part pursuant to the Last Will
and Testament, of the above-named decedent, and in consideration
of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens,
- remises, releases, conveys and conf~rms to the party of the
second part, their heirs and assigns forever, that certa+n
real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particu-
larly descri.bed as follaws:
The South 39.2 feet of Lot 2, and the North ~
29 . 2 feet of Lot 4, of Block 5, and the Sast
- 5 feet of vacated easement on the West, of
LAWNWOOD ADDITION SUBDIVISION, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 6, at page 6,
of the public r~cords of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
TOGETHER WITH all furniture and furnishings _
and equipment located thereon.
TOGETHBR with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonqinq or in anywise appertaining to that
real property.
TO HAVE AND TO 80LD ~the same to the partie~ of the
' second part, and to their heirs and assigns, in fee simple
