J. KICLITER, JR. , who, upon first being duly s~rorn did depose and say that

he executed his purchase money mortgage thereon to Evelyn I. Hester under
date of December 29, 1972 to secure the sum of $32, 000. 00 whic;n was payable in
five successive, equal annual installments of $6, 400, 00 each. The installment
due Decem ter 29, 1973 has been paid and the installment maturing December 29 ,
1974 will be paid. That this affiant is the holder of a purChase money mortgage
from Prentiss, Inc. , et al encun:bering the Si of the SW'-.~ of the NE,'-~ of said
said Section, Township 34 South, R,ange 39 East dated about July 6, 1973 in the
amount of $31, 950. 00 payable in ten (10) successive, equal, annual installments.
All funds received by the affiant on account of tkis mortgaoe debt are used by this

mains the obligation of this affiant.
That the deed from this affiant to Prentiss, Inc. , et al warranted the
title to said land as against the mortgage by ttus affiant owed to Evelyn I. Hester.
