WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida held a public hearing on the lOth day of December, 1974,
after first publishinq notice of said hearinq in the Newa Tribune at
Fbrt Pie rce~ Florida on November 25, 1974 on closing, vacating and
abandoninq that portion of the following described right of way,
and renouncing and disclaiming any right of St. Lucie County and
the public in and to the lands lying within that portion,of said
right of way in_St. Lucie County, Florida described as_follows:
All streets adjoining each side of Bloaks 2 and ~
3 in Section 30, Township 36 Southf Range 41
East, St. Lucie Gardens Subdivision, P1at Book
1, Page 35; ~iblic Records of St. Lucie Cbunty,
Florida.

WHEREAS, at said public hearing there were no objections to
closing, vacating and abandoning said right of way and renouncing
and disclaimi.ng any right of St. Lucie County and the public in and
to the lands lying wtthin said right of way, and in the opinion of
