J U D G M E N T
THIS CAUSE coming on this day to be heard upon the Stipulation
filed jointly by the Plairitiffs and the Defendants, Sain~ Peters
Evangelical Lutheran Church of Fort Pierce, Citizens Federal Savings
and Loan Association of Fort Pierce and the Board of American Mis- .
; sions of the Lutheran Church in America, for the entry of a Judg-
~ ment, and it appearing to the Court that the parties were authorized
to enter into such a stipulation and consent to the entry of a Judg-
ment based thereon, and the Court being fully advised in the premises;
IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS F~,LOWS:
1. That the Defendant, Saint Pete~s Evangelical"Lutheran Church
of Fort Pierc~, does have and recover from the Plaintiffs the sum of
$4,200.00 in full payment for the property taken and any resulting
damages to contiguous property.
2. That Neill, Griffin, Je€feries and Lloyd, attorneys for
said defendant land owner, sfiall receive the sum of $420.00 as at-
torneys' fees in this cause.
3. That L. W. Halbe shall receive the sum of $925.00 as ap-
praiser's fee in this cause.
