4. That the Clerk of this Court is hereby authorized and ;

directed to pay from the funds in the registry of this Court the ;

sum of $550.00 to Saint Peters Evangelical Lutheran Church of Fort
Pierce, said sum being the difference between the. amount of this
Judgement and the amount previously withdrawn from the registry

of this Court; the sum of $420~.00 to Neill, Griffin, Jeffries and ~
Lloyd and the sum of $925.00 to L. W. Halbe.
5. That upon the payment of the aforesaid sums by the Clerk

St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Parcel 157: The East 15 feet of the following described parcel
of land:
Commence at the Northeast corner of Section 20,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East; thence run
West 25 feet; thence run South 77.33 feet along
.the Right of Way of South 25th Street to the point
- of beginning; thence run Southerly 417.67 feet
along the West Right of Way line of South 25th
Street; thence run West 415 feet; thence turn and -
run parallel with the centerline of South 25th
Street 366.18 feet~to the South Right of Way line
of Virginia Avenue; thence run Northeasterly 416.64
feet along the South Right of Way line of Virginia ~
Avenue to the intersection of the South Right of
' Way line of Virginia Avenue and South 25th Street
