R~iLE 6.160 Criminal Traffic Coniplaint. Affidavit; Formal Charge :

Courts of this circuit maq accept guilty or nolo contendere pleas for
criminal traffic offenses cited on uniform traffic complaint oY affidavit
by appearance of the offender or the offender's attorney ia open court. ~
Unless overriddea by speedq trial time limitation, defendaat shall be
allowed a minimum of twQ weeks following.entry of aot-guilty plea for trial
ci~fense preparation. • ~
Bond; Criminal Traffic Offenses - F.S. 318.17 ~
Anq person cited for a crimin~l traffic offense who has not beea
i released on recognizauce by the arrestiag officer oi the confinement facility

l~onetarv Penalties for Traffic Criminal Offenses
Monetary fines for traffic crimiaal offenses against persons convicted
