RULE 6.590 Driver Schools;.Conditions _
(a) All driver schools within this Circuit approved by the Chief Judge
shall inform in writing the traffic violations bureau of the county having
jurisdiction of the case on the verification of enrollment.,dropout and
successful completion of the driver course of the enrollee within 10 days _
follawing either action. ~
BOND FINE & COST SCHEDULES - CRIMINAL AND INFRACTIONS: .
Copies of captioned schedules shall be posted in each traffic vioiations
buresu in a visible location.
REINSTATEMENT OF DRIVER'S LICENSE - INFRACTIONS ~
Reinstatement of driver's license suspended under traffic infraction
procedure shall be as set forth in Transition Rule 20, Supreme Court of
~ Florida, July Term, A.D. 1974.
Local Implementation •
County Court Judges and Clerks of,Courts should coordinate with the
State Attorney's staff, sheriff's-staff, other law enforcement agencies
and other court participating agencies in the development of a uniform
Circuit-wide procedure for handling traffic,~criminal and infraction cases
within this Circuit consistent with this Rule, Florida Rules of Practice
and Procedure for Traffic Courts, and Florida Statute. The Procedure and
subsequent changes thereto should be submitted to the Chief Judge for his
