6ENERAL
County Court Judges and Clerks of Courts shall coordinate with the
State Attorney's staff. sheriff's staff, other law enforcement agencies and .
other court participating agencies in developing and ~aintaining a uniform
Circuit-wide procedure for handling_traffic criminal and traffic infraction
cases within this Circuit consistent with.thia Nineteenth Judicial Circuit
Local Rule #29, Florida xules of Practice and Procedure for Traffic Courts,

~ F. S.'318 and other applicable Florida Statutes. The Procedure and.subsequent

` changes thereto shall be submitted to the Chief Judge for his approval.

participating agencies including the respective sheriff's departments, police

Prosecution of Pending Cases - Rule 6.025
-All traffic cases not finally disposed of by January 1, 1975, ehall
~ be governed by the provisions of Chapter 318. Florida Statutes, and the~e
rules, except for those criminal traffic offensea not covered by the proviaions
of Chapter 318. Florida Statutes.
