" a~not-guilty plea which indicates a.desire to conteat the citation
. and the court has re-set the case for actual hearing, the
appropriate traffic violations bureau shall notify__the citation
issuing officer of the date, time and location of the hearing
and inform him the court requires his attendance at the hearing.
h. Upon receipt of cash or bond payment for no hearing required
infraction as set forth in 1~ddendum #3 the violations bureau shall ~
consider the penalty satisfied then forthwith close the case,
unless cited person's driver's license was under suspension at ~

~ Should it be determined a person cited ort an infractio~ was
~ actually driving under suspended license at time of coffii.tting
infraction the violations~bureau shall refer the facts to the
_ State Attorney's county office for prosecution on criminal offense
under Chapter 322.27, Florida Statutes.
~ i. The respective traffic violations bureau shall maintain
communication with driver.improvement schools, and DWI counter
attack schools within their areas to assure written reports on
enrollments, dropouts and completions are forwarded promptly for
~ . 'referral to judge; then, inclusion in the offender's case file.

a. A traffic"infraction is a non-criminal violation which is
not punishable by incaiceration for which there is~no right to a .
tiial by 3ury or right to a court appointed counsel. There
agpears no reason for participating of the State Attorney's staff
