criminal cases in the same manner as he;etofore. ~
c. A traffic criminal offender is allowed to enter a guilty .

or affidavit on his initial court appearance which could be
~ accepted by the court thus saving ~considerable prosecutfon effort
~ by the State Attorney' s a taf f.
4. Driver Improvement Schools/DWI Counter Attack Schools
a. Dire.Gtors of Driver Improvement Schools and DWI Counter--
Attack Schools shall establish necessary procedures for reporting
~ in writing the enrollment. dropout or successful completion of
~ the courses within ten days_following the action to the traffic

` violations bureau of the count~ of the court directing the enroll- '
~ citation which ~
; ment or the county in which the offender received a ~

resulted in the school attendance. A separate report (form) shall ~

be submi.tted on each offender and action; the report citing full '

5. Entitlement of $1.00 Assessment for Local ;
w En orcement Train ng - Tra ic Criminal Offenses Only i
A municipality having abolished it's court is entitled to the
additional $1.00 assessed for law enforcement training purposes
.
p.rovided its governing.body has passed a resolution or ordinance-to ~
that effect and arrest of person assessed was made by a member of '
.
its law enforcement agency.
The respective county in which axrest was made is erititled to the.
additional $1.00 law enforcement training monies when arrest is made ~
within a municipality by other than the municipalities own members. ~
