Robinson, . deceased, first party, to RICHARD ROBINSON, whose post office add.ress is P. O. Box 125, Jupiter, Florida - 33458, second partyc . WHEREAS, Adrian J. Robinson, died the owner of the hereinafter de- ~ scribed real property having by Will duly admitted to probate in Sk. Lucie ' County, Florida, willed the same to second party; and ~ ~ . WHEREAS the estate of Adrian J. Robinson has been duly probated in the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, with all claims having been paid and it being appropriate that an instrument be placed of record evidencu~g the distribution of the hereinafter described land, free and clear of any claims arising by reason of the death of the decedent; . NOW, THEREFORE, this indenture witnesseth that the said first party, in consideration of the premises iecited above, does heretiy~remise, release and quit-claim unto the said second party forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said first_ party has in and to the following described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and b eitig iu the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit: ~ Plat of White City. - Lot 270~ccording to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, page 23, Public Records of St. Lucie Cownty, Florida, LESS AND EXCEPT all rights-of-way for ~ ~ public roads.
