ORDSR DIRECTING EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF
• ADMINISTRATOR'S DEED ~
It having come on to be heard on the petition for an order
directing execution and delivery of the deed of the Administratrix
of this estate, and it appearing to the court that decedent, at '
the time of his death, had an interest as a beneficiary of a trust
in property under contract for sale between JACK CUMMINGS, Trustee
for the Land Trust, and RONALD HOWE, Trustee for ~he trust instrument
hereinafter identified as The Howe Trust, dated May, 1967, and the ~
- court beinq otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
- ORDERED and ADJODGED -
l. ~That DOROTHY E. HOWE, as Aciministratrix of the estate
of Howard F. Howe, deceased, is hereby authorized and directed .
to execute an Administrator's Deed to JACK CUMMINGS, Trustee for

f the following described proper~ty: -
The South 790 feet of the'North 1040 feet of the following:
~ Government Lot 2 and the NW 1/4 of the S~i1 1/4 of Section 14:
Also . ~
The South 790 feet of the North 1040 feet of the following:
The NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and Government Lot 3, in Section 15,
all being in Township 34 South, Range 40 East, together with
riparian and littoral riqhts appurtenant thereto, but excepting ~
therefrom all rights of way for public roads. ~
Subject to taxes for the year 19~4 and subsequent years,; and
Subject to a 100 foot wide right of way and easement across
the South 700 feet of the North 1040 feet of the following:
Government Lot 2 and the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 14,
Township 34 South, Range 40 East; granted to the County of St.
Lucie in that certain right of way deed dated September 22, 1937
