TIiIS INDENTURE, Made this 14th day of November, 1974,
between DOROTBY E. HOWE, Aclministratrix of the estate of Howard F.
Howe, dec~ased, pnrsuant to appointment by the order of court dated
November October 2~t, 197~, party of th~e first part, and `

E. Commercial Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH that the party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS (~10.00) and other good and
valuable considerations to her in hand pai.d by the said party of the
second part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledge~, has granted,
bargained, sold and transferred, and by these presents does grant, -
bargain, sell and transfer unto the said party of the second part,
his successors and assigns, all of the following described real :

Subject to a lOQ foot wide right of way and easement across
the South 700 feet of the North 1040 feet of the following:
Government Lot 2 and the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 14,
Township 34 South, Range 40 East; granted to the County of
St. Lucie in that certain right of way deed dated September 22, 1937
and recorded in St. Lucie County Deed Book 91, Page 200
