THIS MORTGAGE DEED executed the~ day of December, A.D, 1974 by
JACK CUMMINGS, AS TRUSTEE, hereinafter called the nwrtgagor, to RONALD HOWB, ~
AS TRUSTEB under the Land Trust Agreement, dated May 1, 1967, and recorded in
O.R. Book Z3 4, Page 1 1r , o£ the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
for the benefit of Gertrude H. Friedman as Executrix of the Estate of Max
Friedman, Deceased, Dorothy E. Howe, Administratrix of the Estate of Howard
F. Howe, deceased, Paul H. Sperber, Beatrice Abrams, Super Dis~ount Supply,
Inc., foYmerly known as Roya1 Cleaners, Inc., Max L. Bloch, as Trustee for
the benefit of Jacqueline Bloch, Jonathan David Bloch and Jay Laurence Bloch, and
Nilliam Schneider and Rose G. Schneider, his wife, hereinafter referred to as
the mortgagee. ~
- W I T N E S S E T.H :
That for good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration
of_the.aggregate swn named in_the_promissory note of even date herewith, herein-
after described, the mortgagor. hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
conveys and confirms unto~the mortgagee all the certain land of which the .
mortgagor is now seized and in possession situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
viz:
The South 790 feet of the Nortli 1040 feet of the following:
Government Lot 2 and the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 14 -
Also, .
The South 790 feet of the North 1040 feet of the follor+ing:
The NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and Government Lot 3 in Section 15, all
being in Township 34 South, Range 40 East, together with riparian
and littoral rights appurtenant thereto, but excepting therefrom
all rights of way for public roads.
