THIS.MATTER HAVING come before the Court upon the Wife's
Motion For Enforcement and the Husband's Petition For Modificat3.on
on matters other than child.custody, and the Court havinq heard
the Stipulation-of the parties as presented in open Court by

their attorneys, it is thereupon -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGBD as follows:
1. CAILD SUPPORT AND ARRSARAGES. The Husband, FRANK
ACQUARO, is temporarily relieved from the obligation to pay $35.00
per week for the support of the minor children of the parties residinq

~y with the Wife, DIANE BRAD?AN. The Husband is to pay the sum of
f
€ $25.00 per week for the support of JOLIE ACQUARO and ANTHONY ACQUARO,
~ minor~children of the parties until such time as the Husband obtains
f
employment; the temporary relief granted herein is conditioned upon
the Husband's acknowledt~ment that he will make a diligent effort
to obtai.n employment.

Upon the Husband's obtaining employment, the Husband shall
pay the sum of $35.00 a week for child support plus $5.00 per week
toward arrearages of child support and the Wife's attorney's fee
~ in the agreed amount of $75.00. The agreed upon arrearages
~
~ as of December 22, 1974, are $340.00, and this amount shall increase
by $10.00 per week until such time as the Husband finds employment
and commences payinq the Wife $35.00 per week for child support as
agreed above.
