sworn, deposes and says:
l. The Raman Catholic Diocese of Orlando is aa~
: ecclesiastic~l entity created in 1968 which embraces the

~ ~ounties in Florida of Oranqe. Brevard, Seminole, Lake, ~

: :Sumter, Volusia, Okeechobee. Indian Rfver, Siqhlands,

. Osceola, St. Lucie, Polk and Marion.
_2. IInder the doctrine of corporation sole,
