Gra~tor shall well aad truly pay or cause to be paid said note accord ~
ing to the tenor and effect thereof, and if said Grantor shall pay or
cause to be paid all real property taxes and assessmente levied for
any purpose .whatever agaiast said premises as the same become due and
payable, aad if said Grantor shall iasure and keep • insured_ the im-
provements upon said premises against loss or damage by fire and wind,
with extended.coverage, with loss payable clause to the Grantees as
their interest may appear,
