EXHIBIT A
~he Grantor, as owner of the real property located in _
St. Lucie County, Florida, described in the attached Deed
being a portion of Sectio:~ 23, Township 36 South, Rang~
- 40 East,.desires to and does-hereb~ im~ose upon the said
real property the followinq restrictions and covenants:
l. Any residential construction on the•premises
sr,all contain not less than lOQO square feet of living
area exclusive of carports, attached garage and porches.
2. ~o livestock, exceptin g only horses and cattle,
shall be kept or raintained on the premises at any tirne.
3. No poultry shall be kept or maintained on the _
pre;~ises for commercial purposes.
4. No dog kennels, cat kennels or other kennels
may be maintained on the premises at any time for
co;n,-nercial purposes.
- 5. T:~ere shall not be created or permitted to exist
on any part of the said property any dumping ground, accumu--
h lations of debris, exposed garbage, or any foul smelling
~ raatter whatsoever.
~ 6. No tents, shac;cs, or otner structure of a temporary =
~ charac~er snall be used as a residence or as a place oi
t business, temporarily or permanently on any part of the land
~ (ot.'~er than te:nporary structures used during construction oL
~ , per.??anent buildings) .
~ 7. If any person shall violate or attempt to violate
~ any of the covenants, restrictions or easements herein, it
~ s;all be lawful for any other person or persons owninq any
r~al property situated in said sect~on to prosecute any
~roceedings at law or in equity against the perons or person
~ violating or attempting to violate the same and either to
prevent him or them from so doing or to recover damages For
~ such violation.

~ 8. The foregoing restrictior.s, covenants, burdens -
