::-~e Grantor, as owner oE the real property located in '

being a portion of Section 23, Township 36 South, Range
40 East, desires to and does hereby impose upon the said
rnal orooertv the following restrictions and covenants:

1. Any residential construction on the~pre:nises
shall contain not less than 1000 square feet of living
area exclusive of carports, attached garage and porches..
2. No livestoc;c, exceptin g only horses and catt~e,
shall 've kept or maintained on the premises at any time.
3. No poultry shall be kept or maintained on the
premises-for commercial purposes.
~i. No dog kennels, cat ;cennels or other kennels
may be maintained on the premises at any time for
co:r~nercial purposes .
5. There shall r.ot be created or permitted to exist
on ar~y part of the said property any dumping ground, accw~nu-
la;:ions of debris, exposed garbage, or ar~y foul smelling
matter whatsoever.
