and satisfaction of that mortgage .

The name Fidelity Mortgage Investors is the designation of the Trustees fqr' t`he ~
time being under a Declaration of Trust dated May 29, 1969, and all persons dealing r
with Fidelity Mortgage Investors must look solely to the Trust property for the enforce-
ment of any claims against Fidelity Mortgage Investors, as neither the Trustees, Officers,
Agents or Shareholders assume any personal liability for obligations entered into on
behalf of Fidelity Mortgage Investors .
