West 30 feet thence South 25 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence
Continue South 185 feet, thence West 180 feet thence North 185 feet
thence East 180 feet to the Point of Beginning; together with the
improvements thereon and all furniture, fixtures and equipment con-
tained therein, replacements thereof and additions thereto.

TogEther wilh all and singular the tenementa, hereditsment~ and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining, and also all buildings, suuctures. additions and improvements. now or at any time hereafter (

piumbing apparatus, fixtures, appliances, ventilating equipment. toilets. basins, elecuic heating and lightins ~
