AGREEMENT FOR DEED #

THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this day
of 1974, by and between BUCCANEER BUILDING :
CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, hereinafter called the party -v~ 7
of the first part; and ROSIE CANNON, whose mailing address is ;

That if the said party of the second part shall first ~
make the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned
on her part to be made and performed, the said party of the
first part hereby covenants and agrees to convey and assure

and her heirs, executors, administrators, successors or assigns, ~
