AGREEMENT FOR DEED i
THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this ~ day

of 1974, by and between BUCCANEER BUILDING
CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, hereinafter called the party ~
of the first part; and BONNIE NEAL, a single adult, whose mailing
address is 1403 Sonth 26th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450,
hereinafter called the party of the second part,
W I T N E S S E T H:
That if the said party of the second part shall first

make the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned

on her part to be made and performed, the said party of the ~&~6'~

first part hereby covenants and agrees to convey and assure

to the said party of the second part, in the estate aforesaid, g~~
and her heirs, executors, administrators, successors or assigns,
in fee simple, by a good and sufficient deed, the following

described property, together with all improvements thereon,

i And the party of the second part hereby covenants and agrees

to pay to the said party of the first part as consideration

; therefor the sum of Thirty-One Thousand Dollars ($31,000), Six

; Hundred Dollars ($600) of which is to be paid at the time of

~ execution of this agreement. The remaining Thirty Thousand

Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, with interest from date

~ at the rate of 10$ per annum, in monthly installments as follows:

~ $266.80 on the first day of December, 1974, and a like sum on ~

~ the corresponding day of each like succeeding period thereafter

until the whole be fully paid.
Y' Each installment first shall be applied in payment of the
interest and then on the unpaid balance of the principal sum. If

~ default is made in the payment of any installment when due, then
