AGREEMENT FOR DEED ~

THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this
of 1974, by and between BUCCANEER BUILDING
CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, hereinafter called the party ~
of the first part; and GEORGE LEMUEL TIPPINS and MARTHA HANSON
TIPPINS, his wife, whose mailing address is 1409 South 26th
Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, hereinafter called the parties

That if the said parties of the second part shall first

make the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned

on their part to be made and performed, the said party of the ~

~ first part hereby covenants and agrees to convey and assure '

to the said parties of the second part, in the estate aforesaid, o ~

and their heirs, executors, administrators, successors or assigns, ~ o~ ~

in fee simple, by a good and sufficient deed, the following
described property, together with all improvements thereon,
lying, being and situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:

And the parties of the second part hereby covenant and agree to

~ pay to the said party of the first part as consideration therefor

~ the sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000), Six Hundred Dollars
~ ($600) of which is to be paid at the time of execution of this
agreement. The remaining Twenty-Nine~Thousand Four Hundred Dollars
($29,400) shall be payable at 804 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450, with interest from date at the rate of 10$ per

~ annum, in monthly installments as follows: $258.02 on the 15th
~
~
~ day of November, 1974, and a like sum on the corresponding day '
X of each like succeeding period thereafter until the whole be
~ full aid. ~

~ Each installment first shall be applied in payment of the

~ interest and then on the unpaid balance of the principal sum. If

~ default is made in the payment of any installment when due, then
