HomeMy WebLinkAbout0149 7 REC~IPT, ACK:70~4L~DG'•iL•'NT, ASSUtI~'TIO:I At•~D ACCEPTAVC~ 3Y PURC1!AS~R Purchaser, by acceptance and execution ot this keceipc, acknowledges that this purchase of a condominium.unit at OCEAN VILI.AGC OF 11UTCHINSOPJ ISLA2JD is subject in every respect to the Declaration of Condominiu:n as to the condominium in which his unit is located and ~xhibits attached thereto, including but not limited to (whether the same are attached to the D~claration or referred to i therein), the By-La«s of the Association, Articles of Incorporation, th~ Rules and Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, ; and all Amendments to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the { Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and ` Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association; and Purchaser ; further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said oeclaration, its Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and f loor plan, and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and management of the Condo- minium property and is in the best interests and for the benef it of all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration of Condominium and E~:hibits ' attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of the terms and nrovisions of said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Pur- - chaser acknoc~ledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants ? and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association has encumbered ; and inlpressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declara- zion of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Associa- tion and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominium parcel.
