KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That whereas, it i~ proposed
by St. Lucie Countx to locate, construct, maintain and/ot improve
a county road and/or a drainage ditch in said County; and,
WHEREAS, a portion of the lands involved and riecessary to said
road and /or di tch i s subj ec t to Mo~as~e Deed .
held bv the undersi4ned; and,
WHEREAS, on behalf.of St. Lucie County a request has been made
for the undersigned to subordinate said encumbrance to the property
rights of St. Lucie County i~and to the portion of the premises

the premises and one dollar and other good and valuable considera-
tions, paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned .
