RE: Section 29, Township 35 South, Range 39 F.ast, St. Lucie
County, Florida.
The undersigned do hereby execute this Disclaimer,
quitclaim and release to any and all lands lying in the above-
described Section, Township and Range, as erroneously described
in that certain Warranty Deed, recorded in O.R. Book 229, pages
837 and 838; and that certain Mortgage Deed, recorded in O.R.
Book 229, pages 845 through 853, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
