0°05'16" West along the Quarter-Section line 3412
feet, more or less, to the point of intersection
with the centerline of an East-West drainage
ditch for Point of Beginninq; thence South 89°09'39"
West 530.76 feet along the centerline of said drain-
age ditch; thence North 89°29'42" West 776.13 feet
to a concrete monument; thence North 0°05'16" East
parallel with the aforesaid North-South Quarter-
